Greg was wonderful throughout the whole process. He kept us updated on the status of the Camry and never pressured us to buy anything extra or add any additional warranties. I had a great experience at Fox Toyota. My family has used them for years but this was my first purchase there. I appreciated being able to pull up to the dealership and get out and look at vehicles without being bombarded by salesmen. Fox Toyota is the absolute best dealership anywhere! From The first time we brought our Avalon in for Service after moving up to the mountains, we were treated with respect and made sure that we were comfortable the entire time. As we waited for our vehicle to be serviced, I received a text from a gentleman named Karl, who wanted to know if we were interested in trading our Avalon. It is something that my husband had been reluctant to do because he so loved the Avalon. The problem was, he was having more difficulty getting in and out of it, so we discussed getting another, more accessible vehicle. As a result, my husband agreed to look at a couple of other options. Karl first showed us a Toyota Highlander. This vehicle seemed a little too large for our needs, but I was interested in checking it out. The Highlander is definitely a beautiful vehicle with lots of space but too large for us. So we went to look at the RAV4, which Karl thought would be the best vehicle for our needs. He was right! My husband immediately made the decision that it would be best for us to trade the Avalon for the RAV4. Throughout the process, Karl was very communicative, polite, so pleasant to work with, and, of course, efficient. We really enjoyed working with him from the time we met until our new RAV4 was delivered to the dealership. He kept us updated on a regular basis. We would recommend him as a salesman to anyone interested in purchasing a car from Fox Toyota in Clinton Tennessee. When it came to finishing up the paperwork and doing all the signing, we worked with a wonderful woman named Kim. She was a lot of fun as well, very pleasant, and efficient. It was such a great experience, to go through the process of signing on a large purchase, such as a vehicle with someone who applied no pressure but offered options that would protect our vehicle in the future! We did ultimately did purchase some of those options for which we are very grateful. We were greeted by a salesman named Matt Schwartz . We expanded to him that we were looking for a used 4Runner. After looking over the lot we didn’t think there were any available. But he went above and beyond looking in the service area and found the one we were looking for , it had been through the inspection process and was in the detail shop being cleaned. We waited around for them to complete it, then took it on a test drive and fell in love. He also made the negotiate process very simple, as well as the financing manager and the closing process . Well this review is going to be a little different than others. I purchased a vehicle and after a couple of months there was a hidden issue with the car. It was used, a couple of years old. Once we determined that the issue was valid, Fox Toyota stepped up and did everything you would expect and more. My sales rep Karl, was there every step of the way. I buy cars and I haven’t really put that much stock in buying from a dealer. I felt I could get a better price, and usually you can. But in this case, thank the Lord I did buy from a dealer and real thankful it was Fox Toyota! Had I not gone in this direction, I would have had my hands full. I was given a loaner, and told they would make it right, and they did. I want to thank Karl, my rep who knew exactly what to do, k ew exactly what I was feeling and was with me the entire way…..7 weeks. I cannot say enough about this dealership. By the way they are 45 minutes away. And I have two choices locally. If you have any hesitation about working with a dealer, let it rest if you go with Fox Toyota and Karl!!!
